Eurocucina – a Sneak Preview

Want to see what some of the new designs will look like, at this year’s Eurucucina? Well, you’re in the right place!

Here are a couple of the stands designs, as well as some new product designs, we received from the manufacturers themselves –

Häcker

Häcker presents itself as cosmopolitan and focuses on internationality. For the East-Westphalian kitchen manufacturer, the attendance at the trade fair is very much about internationality as – making up a 38-percent share of total sales – exports are hugely important to the company and very much something that Häcker plans to further strengthen over the course of 2014. For this reason, the particular focus of the show will be on the systemat product range, which enjoys such strong demand in countries outside Europe and which occupies the mid- to premium-price segment. The company will be exhibiting a total of four systemat ranges, including new front panels with unusual materials. With its organic design, the AV 6000 range in matt lacquer will pick up on the curves of the 400-square-metre trade fair stand.

The further development of the systemat carcass variant will also be a highlight. Furthermore, Häcker will be presenting a design study for a filigree and contemporary look for drawers and pull-outs. With these options, the systemat will be able to distinguish itself even more clearly from competing products in terms of looks and will comply even more with its claim to being a premium product.

Andreas Möller, responsible for exports at Häcker, is self-confident: “The around 35-person trade fair team is ready to provide competent advice and information to visitors from all over the world in a total of nine different languages. We have been reporting on the exciting development on our Website’s blog since early February now.” And Managing Director Jochen Finkemeier agrees, adding: “We will be presenting ourselves in a very special way in Milan with the aim of underlining our strong international orientation and our cosmopolitan outlook. It is for this reason that I am very much looking forward to both taking part in this trade fair and seeing the surprise on the faces of our existing and new customers.”  Hall 13, Stand B01-C04

Toncelli

For the first time, based on an idea of the architect Mauro Carlesi, Toncelli introduces carbon fiber. Not as a finish for an already existing unit, but as an out and out structure, that finds its perfect element for both peninsula and hanging wall units. Carbon fiber, a composite material worked with the lastest generation systems, as well as being particularly resistant, both from heat and mechanically, is extremely light and resistant to chemicals. These characteristics are combined uniquely in Toncelli’s new kitchen and offer that added value of design quality and practicality that has always characterized Toncelli. INVISIBILE, the new elegantly designed kitchen, presents furthermore a new varnishing system made from liquid metal which gives to the wall cabinets an aesthetic that is absolutely perfect for the materiality of the carbon fiber. The total absence of grooves and handles, thanks to the use of an opening system unique toToncelli, highlights again the rigor and the clean line giving a result that is quite invisible.

Invisible – New kitchen design from Toncelli

Always sensitive to technology, Toncelli integrates into the new kitchen avant-garde home automation systems such as the touch screen with web connection that allows utilisation of all the automated elements and also a sound broadcasting system using exciting technology which can transmit the sound from surfaces giving 360’ amplification in the room. Once again, with this project,Toncelli confirms its dedication to innovation preserving its values of true Italian craftmanship and of excellent quality, inherent from more than 50 years in every kitchen produced.   Hall 11, Stand C20 and B21

Brummel

The kitchen comes out of the classic box design, disrupts the imaginary common and is oriented towards a new interpretation of the living environment as a place of work but of absolute relaxation.
Brummel Cucine expands and enhances the concept of the mobile bar, enhances the charm and the elegance and the project involves a richer, more glamorous. Adds an “ice maker”, a bottle holder and another for the glasses, a small sink and a mini stove. A perfect island for a “cheers hour” in style, magical moment in a luxurious and functional at the same time.
The result is a classic style reinterpreted in a contemporary and refined by a sophisticated mechanical automatism that, in four simple movements, becomes an island design in a stylish bar and efficiently.
DIAMOND “Cheers Hour” has a glossy white lacquered frame with soft lines and rounded. The plan, in lacquered glass and mother of pearl, stands, splits in two and slides sideways showing the functional elements and restraints. The central part of the top slides further forward to create a plan consummation.
An example of elegant and refined design designed to live unique and unforgettable moments, in perfect Brummel.   Hall 11, stand 026

Toncelli’s kitchen designs are always inspiring. I love the cantilevered breakfast bar. Unfortunately we were unable to get to the show this year.
